(yang bersangkutan) harus <b>Jelas dan terbaca.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Persyaratan dikumpulkan kepada Sdr. Abdul Malik, S. Pd. dikantor Fakultas Syari\u2019ah bagian akademik dan kemahasiswaan paling lambat Rabu, 30 April 2014.
